The Math 1, 2, and 3 classes just finished their units, and to study for their test, they were asked to make review videos. They were scored based on organization, content, delivery, and creativity.
Math 1's videos were on standard form, systems of inequalities, parallel lines, and triangles. Some of the specific topics covered were ordered pairs, graphing linear functions and inequalities, and finding the measurements of indicated angles.
Math 2's videos covered complex numbers, exponential growth, and parallel lines. This included the number i, square roots, real and imaginary numbers, identifying functions types, word problems, graphing, and geometry.
Here is a video from Math 2.
Math 3's videos talked about rational expressions and equations. Reducing rational expressions, finding excluded values, checking for extraneous solutions, and polynomial end behavior were all topics included in their unit review.
Here is a video from Math 3.
By making these videos, the math students are able to study for their given topics by solving problems and being creative while doing so. And by watching these videos, they were able to enjoy the creativity and lecturing of their classmates as well as become prepared for their test.
